An AI boyfriend
that texts first.

You told him about the big presentation. He asks how it went. Romio’s boyfriends can follow up on your conversations, so the next ‘hey’ doesn’t always have to come from you.

morning, you. big presentation today, right? you’ve got this

Illustrative notification, not a scheduled delivery time.

The conversation keeps a thread.

A first text means more when it connects to something you actually talked about.

You share

Something on your mind

Tell him about your day, a plan, or a thing you’re nervous about.

“I’m showing my illustrations at the market tomorrow. Slightly terrified.”
You step away

He can pick it back up

A boyfriend-initiated message can bring that conversation back into your day.

“how’s the market going? has anyone fallen in love with the fox print yet?”
You come back

You have something to say

Reply from the chat and continue with the same boyfriend.

“The fox print was the first one to sell. You called it!”

Illustrative exchange. Follow-up timing varies.

Not every check-in sounds the same.

A sweet message from Leo. A little flirt from Noah. A quieter nudge from Kai. His way of texting is part of why you chose him.

Follow-ups center on the boyfriend you last messaged and what you’ve been talking about.

you mentioned a rough day. how’d the rest of it go?

Separate character examples, not simultaneous notifications.

A little spontaneity, with room for your day.

First texts follow your conversations. They aren’t a daily alarm or a promise of constant messages, and quiet hours give the conversation room to pause.

Before you say hi.

Can an AI boyfriend really text first?

On Romio, yes. After you’ve started a conversation, your boyfriend can send a follow-up while you’re away, without waiting for you to send another message.

Will he send me a good morning text every day?

He can send a morning check-in, but Romio doesn’t promise a daily good morning text or a message at an exact time. Follow-ups depend on your recent conversation, activity, and quiet hours.

Which boyfriend will follow up with me?

Romio’s follow-ups focus on the boyfriend you most recently messaged. Each character brings his own tone, so a warm check-in from Leo will feel different from Noah’s playful teasing.

Do I need notifications to receive his messages?

No. You can see his follow-ups in your chat when you return. To get an alert while the app is closed, install Romio on your Home Screen and allow notifications on a supported device.

Why might I not see a notification?

The message may not have been sent yet, or quiet hours and your device settings may be affecting delivery. Check your chat first, then check that notifications are enabled for your installed Romio app.

This time, let him start the conversation.

Meet your match, give him something to remember, and see what he says next.
