Are my payments secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through Stripe with standard bank-level encryption. Romio will never ask you for card numbers or payment info in your chats.
Do I need to download an app from the App Store?
No download is needed. You can use Romio in your browser or tap 'Add to Home Screen' on your phone to open it like an app from your home screen.
How do I delete my data or account?
You can clear conversation history or delete your entire account and all stored memories at any time in Settings → Account.
